Honest policy for digital goods sold by Dhimi Studio. We aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
Digital Editions
Digital products (PDF / downloadable editions) are generally non-returnable once delivered, because the file can be kept after download. If you cannot access a purchase you paid for, or you were charged in error, email us and we will help.
When we will help
- Duplicate or accidental charges
- Failed delivery / broken download link after a successful payment
- Wrong SKU delivered relative to what you paid for
- Technical faults on our side that block access
We may offer a re-delivery, a replacement download, or a refund where appropriate after we review the order.
Amazon & third-party print
Paperbacks and other items sold on Amazon or other marketplaces follow that seller/marketplace return policy — contact them for those orders.
