Lab EXPERIMENT

Lab methodology

Reusable pattern for public experiments: QUESTION → INPUTS → ASSUMPTIONS → METHOD → RESULT → LIMITATIONS → NEXT QUESTION.

The rail

Question→ Inputs→ Assumptions→ Method→ Result→ Limitations→ Next question
  1. Question — what are we modelling, and what are we not?
  2. Inputs — only variables actually used (with units and sources)
  3. Assumptions — equal mass, arena, attack type, weight set, etc.
  4. Method — algorithm / version; same-method rule for comparisons
  5. Result — model output, labelled as such
  6. Limitations — what the result cannot prove
  7. Next question — what sensitivity or alternate we refuse or defer

Inputs → Model → Output → Real-world limitations

Every Lab card should make this chain visible. If an interactive simulator does not exist, say so: status EXPERIMENT / IN DEVELOPMENT — link Watch + methodology instead of shipping a broken calculator.

Lab does not claim Predictions of real animal behaviour; scientific proof of combat outcomes; veterinary advice; validation via YouTube metrics.
